Common questions
Biothane products are usually in stock and ship within 2 days. Paracord and Mixed items are made to order and take 3–5 days. After production, shipping within Portugal takes 2–5 days.
Personalised items can only be returned if there is a defect. Standard (non-personalised) items can be returned within 14 days, unworn and in original condition.
Contact me within 48 hours with photos and I'll sort it out. If there's a defect, I'll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Yes, I ship across Europe. Shipping cost depends on the country. Currently only Europe and mainland Portugal.
