Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your dog to love your Ika gear. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Standard returns

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer
  • Refund is processed within 5 working days of receiving the item

Personalised items

Personalised products can only be returned if there is a clear defect. Since each piece is made specifically for your dog, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please double-check your dog's name and spelling before ordering.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. No questions asked.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Contact us and we'll work it out. If the original item is returned in good condition, we'll send the new one with no extra production charge — just any shipping difference.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@ikadogwear.com with your order number and reason. We'll get back to you within a few hours with instructions.
