By placing an order on ikadogwear.com, you agree to these terms. Ika Dogwear is a small business based in Switzerland.

Products

All products are handmade to order. Colours may vary slightly from photos due to screen differences and the nature of handcrafted items. Each piece is unique — that's part of the charm.

Pricing & payment

  • All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable
  • Payment is processed securely at checkout
  • Orders are confirmed by email once payment is received

Production & shipping

  • Production takes 5–7 working days (handmade to order)
  • Shipping across Europe via tracked mail
  • Free shipping on orders over €60
  • Delivery times vary by country (typically 3–7 working days after dispatch)

Personalised items

Personalised products (with your dog's name) are made specifically for you. These cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or with an error on our part. Please double-check spelling before placing your order.

Liability

Our products are designed for everyday dog walking. They are not intended as tie-out equipment or for unsupervised restraint. Ika Dogwear is not liable for damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
